We strive to provide the highest quality service to all of our guests. Communication is the best way to be sure all parties are receiving what is requested. When a guardian is not present, there will be further communication with the minor, and we have to rely the guardian and minor were in agreement and we are providing all services based on all communications. Submitting this form is your full agreement of these terms. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the service. If booking online, this is a legal agreement between you, the "user" and Phorest Online Booking Services for all parts of the online booking service. References to "services provider" or "third parties" means the business that you book a service with, for example here is Studio 703.

To use this website you must fully accept these terms of use (the "terms") without changes, and you agree to use this website according to these terms. These terms are the entire agreement between you and Phorest. If you do not read or accept these terms, do not use this website.

Booking Conditions
The following conditions apply to bookings of services made by you through this website, app, or via the salon.

Responsibility of accuracy of information to service providers

Services and Treatments are carried out by trusted Studio 703 who are the services providers. When making a reservation, it is your responsibility to tell the service providers directly about any physical or mental condition that you have and that may require special facilities.

Cancellations
A cancellation of an appointment in less than 24 hours can result in a reservation fee. The amount billed depends on the total cost of your booking.

Users may cancel bookings made online up to 24 hours in advance of the time of the appointment online by going to their Phorest account, or the Studio 703 LLC app, or calling the location directly. If an appointment has not been cancelled with 24 hours notice the salon has the right to charge users the balance of the appointment cost (i.e. the payment due in the salon which equals the total cost of the appointment minus the reservation fee/deposit paid online or in salon). Users who cancel appointments with more than 24 hours notice will have zero penalty.

By making a reservation, or paying for charges with your credit card or bank card, you agree that if you cancel your reservation with less than 24 hours notice or if you fail to arrive by your agreed appointment time, you authorize the services provider to charge to your credit card or debit card without further reference to you an amount lower or equal to your booking or an amount that might be set out in the service provider's terms and conditions. For this purpose your credit or debit card will be securely stored by Phorest pay/International Bancard.

Studio 703 knows we all have a great rapport. We always stand with our employees and provide the best service possible for our guests. Studio 703 does not anticipate enforcing our cancelation policy unless it is an extreme circumstance.

Phorest does not accept responsibility for cancellations by the user or by the services provider regardless of the circumstances in which the cancellation is made. Phorest shall not accept any liability for losses, additional expenses or any claim whatsoever due to changes in salon services, sickness, weather, strikes or any other cause. All such losses, additional expenses or claims will be borne by you unless otherwise agreed between you and the service provider.

Information collection and how it is used
We do collect personal information directly from individuals who volunteer to use some of our services. Collection of this information is required to deliver the specific services, but use of these services is voluntary.

Reviews
You may receive an email after a completed appointment with a services provider asking you if you wish to leave a review. When you leave a review the information will be submitted to the services provider and Phorest. This information will be stored securely in computer storage facilities. If you choose to do so you agree to that Phorest or the services provider that the appointment was with can publish your review should they choose to do so. If Phorest or the services provider choose to publish your review only your first name will be published with the review however the services provider or Phorest will not be held responsible for any wording by you in the review that might reveal your identity.

Appointment Confirmations and Reminders
For your convenience, we can confirm your appointments by text message or email. You can select the method that works best for you, or choose to not receive any reminders. We respectfully remind you that technology cannot always be relied upon and, therefore, it is best to put your appointments in your calendar at the time you make your reservation.

Chemicals and Allergies
If you have chosen to receive a chemical service with us. We pride ourselves on our high level of skill and our long lasting relationships with our guests. Here are some tips that can make your service results more successful:
1) Chemical services can have varying results based on your individual hair.
2) It is extremely important that you make your stylist aware of any and all other processes you have used on your hair.
3) Your clothes may be exposed to the chemicals and products despite our best efforts to protect them. If you would prefer, you can dress down into a smock to avoid this risk.
4) There is a risk of your jewelry (earrings and necklaces) being damaged or lost during your service. We recommend you remove them before your service.
5) Please feel comfortable contacting Studio 703 at any time after your service if you have any questions or concerns.
I have made my stylist aware of any allergies I have, as well as all the processes I have used on my hair in the past 24 months to assist in their assessment of my hair's current status and the process that I need to achieve my desired results. I realize that this is very important information and that any information I withhold regarding my previous processes will increase my chances of damage and the potential for unpredictable chemical reactions. Chemical processes may cause some damage to the integrity of my hair. There are products recommended to improve the health of my hair as well as maintain the results after the service. I am aware that my technician has been trained in the service technique and that they will do their absolute best to create the best results and therefore I will not hold liable Studio 703 LLC, or my technician if the process has unexpected or undesired results.

To cancel an on location services without penalty, we require one weeks notice. In the event you fail to arrive for your scheduled service(s) without providing a 24 hour notice, up to 100% of the service cost could be charged.
