In-Salon Terms & Conditions
Prior to your visit Special Needs and Accommodations Please notify our salon coordinator of any special needs prior to scheduling your appointments. Knowing your needs beforehand will allow us the opportunity to find ways to accommodate a disability, within reason.
Both of our locations provide handicap-able accessible parking, restrooms, and hair stations, but not shampoo bowls.
Appointments may be made by phone on our app or online. Depending on the flexibility of your schedule and to ensure your desired date, we recommend making your reservation one to two weeks in advance for mid-week day time appointments and three to four weeks in advance for weekend or evening appointments.
For group reservations, or wedding parties we recommend eight to twelve weeks in advance. Reserving your next treatment prior to leaving the Studio will help keep you on a consistent service schedule.
For all guests of Studio 703, we kindly request a valid credit card or gift card number on file in order to hold your requested appointments. This is required for any service that has at booking time online, in salon, or by phone. If using a gift card to reserve your service time, the gift card value must meet or exceed the scheduled value, and be valid. Gift cards expire one year from purchase date.
No amount will be charged to your credit card before the day of services unless it falls within our cancellation policy. For your convenience, you can also make your appointment reservations online by setting up an account on our website or on our free app.
Most services can be reserved online; however, there are some exceptions, such as extension services, due to varying service time durations. Salon Coordinators can assist you with setting up your online account and answer your online reservation questions.
Appointment reservations can also be made by phone! Deposit for On location and Select Services A 50% deposit utilizing a credit card is required for scheduling on location services and for services of higher value, such as keratin, balayage and hair extensions (extensions deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable for other services).
For all new guest reservations, a credit card number is required to secure your reservation. We accept all 4 major credit cards. You may utilize another method of payment upon checkout.
Pre-booking and Standing Appointments To ensure the date and time that is most convenient for your schedule and with your preferred stylist, we recommend pre-booking your next appointment or pre-booking multiple standing appointments. Guests with standing appointments are ensured that their appointment time is the same time each month until the guest indicates otherwise. There is no additional cost to reserve standing appointments.
Appointment Confirmations and Reminders For your convenience, we can confirm your appointments by text message or email. You can select the method that works best for you. We respectfully remind you that technology cannot always be relied upon and, therefore, it is best to put your appointments in your calendar at the time you make your reservation.
Cancellation As a courtesy to other guests and our team members, if you need to cancel your appointment, we require a 24-hour notice prior to your scheduled service. To cancel an on location services without penalty, we require one weeks notice. In the event you fail to arrive for your scheduled service(s) without providing a 24 hour notice, up to 100% of the service cost could be charged.
We are a 100% satisfaction guaranteed company! We are all human and sometimes expectations are not fully met. Please let us know if your hair needs a little touching up after a service that you did not completely love. We allow a full 2 weeks to give us a chance to win you over with the best hair! After 2 weeks this is normal grow out or wear and tear that we can no longer offer our guarantee. If you are with in the first two weeks of your service and are unhappy yet want to be refunded, we can offer this very sad option of not returning to Studio 703 LLC, and can do a full refund. Most products can be returned for a full refund or exchange in this same 2 week window even if used.
We offer gift certificates for gifts or yourself. These can be used for all of our services or products. Gift cards expire one year after the purchase date
Terms and conditions
Phorest provide a online booking software service to salons and spas. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the service. This is a legal agreement between you, the “user” and Phorest Online Booking Services for all parts of the online booking service. References to “services provider” or “third parties” means the business that you book a service with, for example a salon, spa, wellness, holistic or any other type of services business.
No third parties or us give any guarantee that the information on this website will be error free. By using this website you understand that the information may contain errors and we do not accept liability for these errors, to the amount that is allowed by law.
All bookings for services on this website are made with the service provider and not with Phorest. Phorest only facilitates the online booking with the service provider. The contract is between you and the service provider and Phorest is not part of that agreement, and therefore Phorest has no direct or indirect responsibility in that contract. Before making a booking, you need to check that you agree with the service provider’s terms and conditions.
Phorest tries to make sure that the services listed are of reasonable standard, but the listing of services on this website is not a recommendation from Phorest, or that the services will be suitable for the user. Phorest will not be liable to you if the services are not suitable to you. Your use or any information on this website is totally your own risk, for which we will not be liable. It is your own responsibility to make sure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific needs.

Making a reservation
Responsibility of accuracy of information to service
A cancellation of an appointment will result in loss of the reservation fee. The amount lost depends on the total cost of your booking but will be no more than appointment booked. If a booking is partially cancelled (one or more, but not all treatments that are part of the booking) the reservation fee/deposit will not change. If the service provider cancels the whole booking the reservation fee/deposit will be credited to your Phorest account. This credit can be used to reserve future bookings on Phorest. If the services provider only partially cancels a booking your reservation/deposit fee will not change.
Users may cancel bookings made online up to 24 hours in advance of the time of the appointment online by going to their Phorest account. If an appointment has not been cancelled with 24 hours notice the salon has the right to charge users the balance of the appointment cost (i.e. the payment due in the salon which equals the total cost of the appointment minus the reservation fee/deposit paid online). Users who cancel appointments with more than 24 hours notice will only lose their reservation fee/deposit.
By making a reservation with your credit card or bank card, you agree that if you cancel your reservation with less than 24 hours notice or if you fail to arrive by your agreed appointment time, you authorise the services provider to charge to your credit card or debit card without further reference to you an amount lower or equal to your booking or an amount that might be set out in the service provider’s terms and conditions. For this purpose your credit or debit card will be securely stored.
Phorest does not accept responsibility for cancellations by the user or by the services provider regardless of the circumstances in which the cancellation is made. Phorest shall not accept any liability for losses, additional expenses or any claim whatsoever due to changes in salon services, sickness, weather, strikes or any other cause. All such losses, additional expenses or claims will be borne by you unless otherwise agreed between you and the service provider.
When a reservation is confirmed
Phorest does not accept responsibility for cancellations by the user or by the services provider. Phorest does not accept any liability for losses, additional expenses or any claim because of changes in salon services, sickness, weather, strikes or any other cause. All losses, extra fees or claims will be your responsibility unless otherwise agreed between you and the service provider.
No Liability in credit or debit card transactions
Phorest makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that all credit card and debit card transactions are secure. HOWEVER, if unauthorised charges appear on your credit card or debit card statement for any card used on this website at any time during or after you make your reservation, conduct your transaction or disclose your card details on this website, Phorest shall not be liable or responsible in any way in respect of any damage or loss of whatsoever nature suffered by you arising from or in any way connected with said use, transaction or disclosure, subject only to any statutory rights which you may have.
Copyright, notice and limited license
This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions. Any persons breaching any of this provision will be prosecuted.

You may receive an email after a completed appointment with a services provider asking you if you wish to leave a review. When you leave a review the information will be submitted to the services provider and Phorest. This information will be stored securely in computer storage facilities. If you choose to do so you agree to that Phorest or the services provider that the appointment was with can publish your review should they choose to do so. If Phorest or the services provider choose to publish your review only your first name will be published with the review however the services provider or Phorest will not be held responsible for any wording by you in the review that might reveal your identity.
