Sarah was fantastic! Since I let my hair grow out to my natural silver, I’ve been afraid to cut or layer it like I used to wear it. I’ve been wearing it straight and smooth but it’s gotten so long (waist length) that I have no volume and it’s flat. I pull it back a lot or have it in a ponytail. I was hoping for some layers to lighten and give me volume but wasn’t sure I’d like it like I used to because the silver is such a difference from my previous brunette.

Sarah really listened to my feelings, hopes, ideas and my fears. She made me feel comfortable. She didn’t just jump in and insist she knew what was best.
